Brian Caffarelli is a partner at Strategic Talent Solutions. He focuses his consulting efforts on helping our clients improve the effectiveness of their sales and account management teams. His work with clients encompasses sales, client engagement, and organizational culture. Previously, Brian enjoyed a 23-year career with Hewitt Associates where he led Hewitt’s benefit outsourcing sales team. Brian is an adjunct professor with the University of Illinois College of Law and with Northwestern University’s Master of Science program in learning and organizational change. Brian graduated from Bradley University with a BS degree in finance.
